A Trip to Earth

You are all occupants of Khandan Station, in Jupiter Orbit. You have all, at various points, housed The Charge and had reason to do so. The Charge has wronged you, in a manner egregious enough that you will no longer house them, but cannot house themselves.
Together, you must choose what to do with them and whether you shall send them upon a likely lethal trip to earth.
